Yes, the Holosun HE503CU 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle Red Dot Sight uses the Aimpoint T1/T2 optic footprint and would be compatible with the FAST Micro Mount.

Do I need a specific mount for this red dot? Or can I just mount it on a standard Pic rail?

The Holosun HE503CU comes with a low mount and lower 1/3 mount. Both of these mounts are made to fit on any standard picatinny/1913 rail, so you shouldn't have any issues mounting this red dot.

The optical axis (height of the reticle) is 0.7" over the top surface of the Picatinny/Weaver Rail.
