the HS512C is under classic series. the elite series is the titanium 512
Answering my own question, yes they work great as an absolute cowitness with Magpul BUS’s.
It is a reflex sight, it has an arguably crisper reticle, and there should not be any reticle drift.
This model is red, there will be both a green and gold illumination available under the Elite series.
The TROY Micro Set - HK Front and Round Rear Folding Sights have a height of 1.16". The Holosun HS512C reticle will be about 1.38" above the rail so you will be able to lower 1/3 co-witness the Holosun HS512C with those sights.
The Holosun HS512C mounts to picatinny rail and is designed for use on rifles or carbines. The Holosun HS512C will not fit on a Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 10mm. If you have an M&P 10mm that is optics ready the Holosun red dot at the link below will fit that gun using the Smith and Wesson RMR compatible mounting plate.

How far you will accurately be able to shoot will depend on a variety of factors like environment conditions, and what type of rest you are using. The Holosun HS512C 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle Reflex Red Dot Sight is a non magnified optic. So looking through the sight targets will be the same size as viewing them with the naked eye.
The Holosun HS512C 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle Reflex Red Dot Sight will work with the Leapers UTG 3X Magnifier. You shouldn't have to uses a riser.
The Holosun HS512C 2 MOA Dot & 65 MOA Circle Reflex Red Dot Sight uses an absolute co-witness mount. There are currently no 1/3 mounts available for this optic. Your best option would be to use a Picatinny riser to bring it to the lower 1/3 height.
