This one has titanium body; LS420 is 7075 aluminum.

In addition to the body material being different (LS420 is aluminum and the LE420 is titanium) this model (1.44”) is shorter than the LS420 (1.67”) which is something to consider if you plan on mounting it at the 12 o’clock position
