The Holosun P.ID-Plus 500 Lumen Light & Laser will be compatible with a Glock 19, but not with the P365. The P365 uses a proprietary accessory rail. I would recommend the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub Ultra-Compact LED Tactical Weapon Light for your P365, which can be found by using the link below:

The Holosun P.ID-Plus 500 Lumen Light & Laser as well as the P.ID-Dual are dimensionally larger than the P.ID and P.ID-HC making them not compatible with most TLR-1 and X300U pattern holsters. The P.ID and P.ID-HC are compatible with TLR-1 and X300U holsters. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know the firearm you intend to use with this weaponlight, that way we can better recommend a compatible holster for your setup.

The Holosun P.ID-Plus 500 Lumen Light & Laser is a high-power white light with visible green laser which can fire independently using WL or VIS activation buttons or simultaneously via Plus Mode which enables the user to fire both white light and green laser by pressing any activation button.
