Do the bullet drop points have a different distances with shorter barrels? Say I am using a 7.5" barrel instead of a 16" barrel.

I called Primary Arms to ask that same question. Since they made the ACSS reticle I thought it made the most sense to call them. They told me I needed to buy the strelok app and chronograph my specific gun/ammo to figure out what yardage to zero in-order for the ACSS to work properly. I wish they would publish the data for us so we don't have to buy a chronograph and ballistic calculators but it is what it is.

Newbie, Would the 1/3 co-witness mount clear the A-2 front post on a Ruger AR556? Would the front & rear factory sights come in at the 1/3 of optic?

Other users have stated that the Holosun Paralow Red Dot Sight works great with it at 1/3 cowitness, and they have successfully utilized this sight with astigmatism.

The Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot does have the Shake Awake Feature.

The Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight uses the same footprint as the Aimpoint Micro T-1. So the Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight could use a T1 mount.

What magnifier is recommended for using this and the low profile mount?

I recommend using the Holosun HM3X 3x Red Dot Magnifier with the Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight. The Holosun HM3X 3x Red Dot Magnifier low mount allows for absolute co-witness height but also comes with a riser. It will work well with the Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight using the low mount. The magnifier can be found at the link below.

The Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight has the Shake Awake feature. So the optic shuts off during periods of motionlessness. The amount of time for it to shut off when not in use can be programmed.

Holosun has a set of flip up caps that might fit the Holosun Paralow HS503G ACSS CQB Reticle Red Dot Sight. However, we currently do not have those caps.
