Yes, the Holosun Sub-compact HS407K-X2 Red Dot Sight will mount directly to the optic ready slide of the M&P 5.7 without the need for any adapter plates.

I have seen where the screws provided will not work. They recommend 6-32 button head cap screws but not sure about the length. There are several YouTube videos on this.
