Yes and no. The Glock 43/48 MOS models have indexing lugs on the slide that would need to be removed or filed down by a professional gunsmith or machine shop to allow the 407K/507K to be mounted as the slide has additional indexing lugs that will not allow the 407K/507K to fit properly even though the screw holes are in the same position.
