I would contact Kel-Tec to see what type of 22WMR ammo they recommend using in the PMR30 before shooting this Hornady Varmint Express Rimfire .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire 30 Grain V-MAX Rimfire Ammunition.

You do know that this is 22mag. Ammo, not 357. If you don't know the difference between 22mag and 357cal., You need to get rid of any and all of your guns because you don't deserve to own any.

Is this type of ammo considered hollow points?

Yes. It is technically a tipped hollow point, however it will fragment upon impact.

will this perform in a PMR30 Kel Tec?

It works fine in BOTH my KelTec PMR30 AND my KelTec CMR30. Plus it shoots very nice groupings.

With the shape of the V-Max bullet & the overall length being short enough, as it's a 30gr. bullet, i would expect it to do just fine.
