Yes. It is technically a tipped hollow point, however it will fragment upon impact.

It has a SST TIP FOR RAPID EXPANSION.
IT JUST GUTS OUT A WOODCHUCK.
It all I use and Scope is Zeroed using only this round.
Its weight and Velocity.

The polymer tip on them is just for accuracy/trajectory. upon impact the polymer filled tip disintegrates and you are left with just the hollow point bullet impacting.
