The Main reason they say that Lake City Ammo produces both the .223 and 5.56. 55 Grain
They both have the same Velocity out the Muzzle and the Same Energy.
It’s just that the NATO HAS A MUCH MORE ROBUST BRASS CASE.
That major difference. 5.56 NATO. vs .223 ammo both Lake City.

Then I just attach a short but stock to it. The Buffer Tube padding Makes for the Perfect Cheek Weld. I even Think it’s better than the normal AR STOCK. Much more sturdy and no wiggle at all.
I love this Small but Very accurate Laser. The number one Thing to do is find out What size the Mounting Screws are to the Rail. Use Lock Tight AND TORQUE THEM DOWN CORRECTLY. THATS THE MAIN issue People seem to not understand. JUST LIKE LEGECY HAS SAID USE LOCK TIGHT. ABD USE THE FAT BOY TORQUE WRENCH TO TIGHTEN IT TO THE RAIL WITHIN TORQUE SPEC’S. The very small ( 2 ) of them you dial in the Laser to Match the Laser Arbor that I use for that caliber in the Chamber. Then it’s dead on Very first Shot.
I’ve never had an issue with loosing my Zero on the Laser Become Loose. YOU cannot USE LOCK TIGHT ON THE ALLEN ADJUSTMENT SCREWS. THEY WILL STAY PUT.
This person is Spot on all the reviews. by Legacy Reviewer,
One thing I thought was the Best part is US LOCK TIGHT.
I do on all my mounts and torque them down Correctly to the Specifications for that Size Screw. And that along with Lock Tight It will not Come Loose on you and loose your ZERO.
Thats the Main Complaint I hear
LOCK TIGHT, AND TORQUE THE SCREWS TO THE PROPER SPECIFICATIONS.
We had these on our SOCOM II .308 for CBQ. IN THE NAVY EOD.
OR WE COULD PICK UP A M-4 DOINLE STACK, DOUBLE PACK. I PICKED THAT UP IN VIETNAM.
IT ALWAYS SEEMS YOU NEVER HAD TO MUCH AMMO. SND A BANDLEADER AS WELL AS MY COLT 45 ACP.
ANDI ONLY FIRED SINGLE SHOT NOT FULL
AUTO.
The 130 Grain Copper Jacket is the perfect round and weight for dropping a White tail Deer.
I use a Winchester-X Bolt 270. With a built in BDC SCOPE FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE PROJECTILE.
A 3 Round using a Lead Sled will
Put the round either touching each other or within 1/2” Group.
