This Hornady LEVERevolution .357 Magnum was designed to be optimized for lever action rifles and revolvers. It is safe to use in tubular magazines.

I have a .357 revolver by Taurus, is it considered a .357 magnum

Yes, the .357 is for inches of the round and the magnum is for the powder charge and casing. .357 rounds say magnum or sig (which is way less powerful) And just so you know you can load .38 special in a .357 but less boom and less cost. Happy firing! Eyes and ears always!
