This feeder is specifically for pistol bullets. Here's a link to the manual which includes a parts list.

will this work with rifle bullets?

No, this is unfortunately only for pistol bullets. As per the manufacturer the hopper systems and die bodies are not compatible.

For feeding, you would likely only need the feeding dies.

You will need to acquire the Rifle Bullet Feeder System as well.

does it came with pistol plate and bullet die?

If you get the pistol one it comes with the pistol plate which will load almost all pistol Cala. To load rifle you have to get the 22 cal kit or the 30 cal kit. The bullet feeder dies are extra and are cal specific so you have to one for each cal.
