Can this propane tank be used with the Little Buddy F215100 MH4B propane heater?

That Mr. Heater Little Buddy Heater can not be used with the Ignik Gas Growlers.

Is the canvas carry bag included?

The Ignik Gas Growler dimensions are 8.75"x8.75"x15". It weighs 10lbs, and has a capacity of 5lbs or 1.2gal.
