Will the J&E machine tech AR 15 Enhanced upper vise block work on a Aero Precision M4E1 upper receiver?

Exact compatibility with the Aero Precision M4E1 upper is not known as Aero did change some of the external dimensions of a standard AR upper to develop their M4E1.
