Would this work for 300 aac blackout

This JE Machine Tech AR-15 Muzzle Brake is not compatible with 300 Blackout as its bore diameter will only accommodate 5.56/.223 or smaller.

What is the overall length and how long is the threaded section? (if welded will it make my 14.5” barrel meet the 16” minimum for a rifle?)

How is this muzzle brake put on since I do not see any flat areas to put a wrench on?

Thank you for reaching out! You would need to thread this on by using the gas ejection ports as a leverage point and time accordingly. Hope this helps!
