Would this fit a HK MR556 or MR762? As you know HK AR's have a more squared off magwell and a LWRC IC with ambi controls?

Yes, this would be compatible with the AR-15 models, you would need a bigger one for the 7.62.

No it does not because the AR 10 has a bigger receiver.

does this work with M4E1 upper reciever?

There might be trouble fitting an M4E1 upper because of the angles forged into the upper.

Unfortunately, JE machine does not provide specific dimensions for these vice blocks. They will fit AR15 / M16 platforms.
