Yes, the JMac Customs 1913 Adapter for 5.5 Folding AKs is compatible with the KUSA KR-103, as well as the KP9 and KR9.

Will this adapter fit the Ruger pc 9 charger?

The JMac Customs 1913 Adapter for 5.5 Folding AKs will not work with a Ruger PC Charger. The Ruger PC Charger already has the 1913 Picatinny rail on the rear of the receiver.

Will this 1913 adapter work on a new Zastava M70 AK 47

The JMac Customs 1913 Adapter for 5.5 Folding AKs will not work with the Zastava M70. The adapter at the link below will work with the M70.
