The JMac Customs AB-8R Arm Bar w/ Folding Buttplate is a stock. You can purchase the Arm Bar and 5.5mm adapter together and use a brace instead of a stock. The Arm Bar and 5.5mm adapter can be found linked below:

Will this go onto a Zpap M92 with or without the picatinny rail in the back?

No, this JMac Customs AB-8R Arm Bar with Folding Buttplate will only fit Arsenal, Izmash, and KUSA rifles with the Russian 5.5mm pin folding stocks.
