No, Both bolts will go into the extensions of the other. Grendel will not chamber with a 5.56 bolt, but the 5.56 will.

Yes, they should work no problem as long as they are mil-spec, standard parts. Yes a 5.56 and . 300blk use the same BCG and charging handle
