Will this BCG work with standard MilSpec buffer systems, or only works with JP buffer systems?

The JP Enterprises EnhancedBolt 9mm AR Bolt Carrier Group will not function with standard Mil-Spec Buffer and Buffer Spring. You will need the JP Buffer System.

Does this BCG work with any AR9 lower receiver that takes Glock style magazines? For example the Aero EPC, FoxtrotMike FM9, etc…?

The JP Enterprises EnhancedBolt 9mm AR Bolt Carrier Group should work with any AR9 Glock Style lower receivers. It will not function with Colt SMG style lower receivers.

Yes. The JP Enterprises EnhancedBolt 9mm AR Bolt Carrier Group has last round lockback with both standard and short stoke SCS.

Yes. The JP Enterprises EnhancedBolt 9mm AR Bolt Carrier Group has last round lockback compatibility with both standard and short stoke SCS. It will also work fine with Glock magazines.

No, the Fostech Echo won't generally work with 9mm carrier groups that are not specifically cut for the Fostech Echo.
