What is the buffer weight compatible to with the all steel weights instead of the 3 steel and 2 tungsten? 7.5 oz or 10 oz or..??

The weight of the all steel weights model is 14.1oz, will the 3 steel/2 tungsten model weighs 9.4oz.

Will this noticeably increase the AR9 rate of fire? If so, would removing the pinned weight at the back of the BCG increase it further?

The JP Enterprises Gen 2 9mm Short Stroke Silent Capture Spring System will provide a noticeable smoother rate of fire which can lead to a slight increase. Modifying your BCG may cause functionality issues and is recommend that you use the alternate weights with the JP Enterprises Gen 2 9mm Short Stroke Silent Capture Spring System to dial in the performance of the buffer and your AR9.

As per my own research on other forums, it would appear yes. I’d opt for the more expensive one to have the extra weights to adjust if u run into cycling issues

Will this work with CMMG delayed blowback BCG/Barrel?

per the manufacturer: The CMMG 9mm is unlike any other manufacturer’s 9mm AR and
does not use typical 9mm buffer and spring components. The
radial delayed bolt causes their system to work more like a .223 AR
with a .223 buffer and spring. Because of this, good results can be
achieved with our standard .223 SCS (JPSCS2-15) using the heaviest
.223 spring (15-100). The best way to obtain this is to order the
JPSCS2-15K kit because the standard JPSCS2-15 comes with a
lighter spring. If you intend to shoot suppressed, especially with
heavy bullets, you may want to add additional tungsten weights.
