As tungsten is about 2.5x as heavy as steel, the buffer with 3 steel and 2 tungsten weights will certainly be significantly heavier than with five steel weights. Either the previous answer has the numbers reversed or he misunderstood the question.
According to JP the all stainless is 9.4oz and the tungsten/stainless is 11.3oz.
