For the Edge pistol, an H2 would be probably be the best fit, which is item JPSCS2-15K-H2.
For the Revolution the .308 H2 would most likely be your best bet. That is item JPSCS2-10H2.

The Sig 516 factory buffer weight should be an "H." You can use other buffer weights but it is up to the user to determine the appropriate buffer weight for your rifle and how it's set up (suppressed, sbr, pistol calibers, etc).

Which buffer is best suited for a PSA 300 Blackout, 10.5 barrel and suppressor?

The JP Enterprises Gen 2 Silent Captured Buffer Spring System that I would recommend for your build is the heavier H2 version MPN:JPSCS2-15H2. This model will allow for proper functionality of your 300 Blackout pistol which will require a heavier buffer system especially because it will be suppressed.

Will this work with the Vltor A5 stock? If so, is there anything it needs for a DPMS 308?

The JP Enterprises Gen 2 Silent Captured Buffer Spring System can be used with a Vltor A5 buffer tube and stock. However, JP Enterprises states the following in regard to buffer tubes that are shorter than rifle length tubes but longer than carbine length tubes. "To accommodate a buffer tube shorter than a full-length rifle tube but longer than a carbine, the SCS spacer can be shortened. This modification should only be done a lathe or other suitable machine to ensure a precisely level surface. If the spacer is cut unevenly, the SCS will not sit flush and may wear unevenly."

Yes, the JP Enterprises Gen 2 Silent Captured Buffer Spring System (AR15 version) fits and functions in any gas-operated AR-15 variant, regardless of caliber. I would recommend using the standard model MPN:JPSCS2-15. However, if you plan on using a suppressor in the future or an adjustable gas block, the adjustable model MPN:JPSCS2-15K would be a better option as it would allow you to better fine tune your recoil system.
