The JP Enterprises Adjustable Gas System can be used with that rifle but your need to remove your A2 front sight post and use a compatible handguard.

It should work with the 1.3" inside diameter. This is 1.23" tall, .78" over-bore.

Yes, it should fit. The handguard is listed as having a 1.35" internal diameter and the gas block has a maximum outside diameter of 1.23".

This gas block has a diameter of 1.23" that is .78" over the bore. This is pretty "slim."

This gas block, at it's widest point, is 1.23" diameter, .78" over bore. Side to side it measures 1.16" It weighs 2.37oz and is 1.28" in length.
