How do you get the accessory kit that has the required mounting screws to attach the sight to the pistol?

The M&P CORE (Competition Optics Ready Equipment) system has the slide relieved to accept the following optics – Trijicon RMR, Leupold Delta Point, Jpoint, Docter, C-More STS and Insight MRDS.

Please refer to your owners manual for additional information.

Is this compatible with the ruger security 9?

It would be compatible if you had a mount to install it to your Ruger. We do not have any mounts available and J.P. Enterprises does not offer a mount so you would need something custom made.

What mounting template does this use? Same footprint as docter and shield RMS red dots?

Same footprint as the Leupold Deltapoint Pro, Shield RMS, and RMSc (JP and RMS are the same sight, made by Shield).

What is the warranty for the joint circle dot?

The following is warranty information direct from the instruction manual:

"What is Covered: The JPoint is warranted against defects in material, construction and function.
Warranty Duration: Coverage lasts as long as you, the original purchaser, own the JPoint sight and upon sale or transfer to a second party"

Unfortunately there is no mount specifically for an M1A rifle. You would need a weaver or picatinny mount and then use the weaver adapter here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/jp-rifles-jpoint-mount-adapters-for-rifles-and-shotguns.html
