Can this be painted or will it turn pink when it gets hot?

The KAK 1/2-28 Slimline Flash Can will not change color unless it is heated a very significant amount. It is made from 6061 Aluminum and features a black hard anodized finish. You can absolutely paint it if you wanted to.

what kind of washer would i need to install this?

The KAK 1/2-28 Slimline Flash Can does not require a crush washer because it does not need to be timed. You can simply screw it on your barrel, and wrench it down.

Will this fit inside the 13" BCM rail?

The KAK 1/2-28 Slimline Flash Can has an external diameter of 1.2". So as long as your BCM handguard internal diameter exceeds 1.2", it will fit and function as intended.
