Is the 1/2×28 for 9mm?

The 1/2x28 KAK A2 Birdcage uses a 5.56/.223 bore. It is not compatible with 9mm. Unfortunately, we do not carry the 9mm 1/2x28 version of this flash hider.

Does this item come with a crush washer?

The KAK A2 Birdcage will not include a crush washer. I'd recommend the Luth-AR Crush Washer found using the following link:

What kind of steel is this made out of?

KAK Industries does not specify the type of steel this flash hider is made of. It is a Mil-spec part with a Phosphate finish. I would recommend reaching out to them directly for more specific information.

Will this fit Ruger PC charger?

The PC Chargers uses 1/2x28 threads while the 9mm version of this flash hider uses 1/2x36 threads. They will not be compatible.
