The Kaw Valley Precision Carbon Fiber 9mm Complete Barrel Upper Receiver is compatible with Milspec AR15 lower receivers when paired with a Glock or Colt pattern magazine adapter, as well as dedicated 9mm lower receivers for Glock or Colt pattern magazines.
