Unless your Combat Commander has a BoMar slide cut it will not fit.

Is this item compatible with the Colt Gold Cup Elite 1911 ?

That will depend on which sight your gun came with. Some models of the Gold Cup Elite had a thinner Eliason that was in a parallel groove (lengthwise) cut into the top of the slide. These will not work with that sight cut. If you have the newer BoMar MBCS style that has a horizontal dovetail (across) cut into the slide, these should work.

No, the Springfield Range Officer uses LPA/TRT sights rather than Bomar sights. They look almost identical but the sight cut is a bit different.

Will these sights fit an Ruger sr 1911

No, while Ruger uses a couple different sight styles on their 1911 pistols, they do not use the Bomar/BMCS sight cut on any of their pistols. If your gun has an adjustable rear target sight, it is most likely an LPA/TRT sight (looks almost identical to Bomar), otherwise it is most likely a standard Novak style sight.
