No, while Ruger uses a couple different sight styles on their 1911 pistols, they do not use the Bomar/BMCS sight cut on any of their pistols. If your gun has an adjustable rear target sight, it is most likely an LPA/TRT sight (looks almost identical to Bomar), otherwise it is most likely a standard Novak style sight.
