No. This Kensight Kimber Adjustable 1911 Sight Set is designed for Kimber pistol with adjustable sights as they use a proprietary dovetail cut. You would need to use Novak style sights.

From what information I could find the Kensight Kimber Adjustable 1911 Sight Set will not work with the Kimber 1911 Custom LW. The rear dovetail on that Kimber will not fit the Kensight Kimber Adjustable 1911 Sight Set rear sight.
