I have a sig p320 4.3 threaded barrel. Can this be screwed in tight with the lock system or will I need to use locktite to secure it?

The Killer Innovations Sig P320 Compensator should be able to fit and function without the use of loctite. However, blue loctice is included is included with this comp and is recommended for use when installing the comp. You can find the installation instructions linked below:

The Killer Innovations Sig P320 Compensator can be used with a P320 XCompact. You will need a barrel threaded for 1/2x28. I recommend using the threaded barrel at the link below.

No. The Tacops barrel is M13.5x1mm left hand threads, and the Killer Innovations comp is 1/2x28 threads.

Yes. However, the Killer Innovations comp would not sit flush with the end of your slide. It would poke out past the slide.
