We have not tested out Glock 26 barrel with any aftermarket compensators and cannot make a recommendation at this time.

This Killer Innovations Velocity Glock 26 Threaded Barrel will fit Gen 3-5 Glock model 26 pistols.

This doesn't look like my barrel. My barrell is smooth and uniform. 9x19 BWB556. Are these compatable?

This is compatible with Gen 3, 4, and 5 Glock 26 models. This barrel simply has fluting to reduce the weight and allow faster cooling.
