What is the difference between the 4' and 6' rail systems?

If you're referring to the 4.9 and 6.5, it''s the length of the accessory rail, and the number of slots - click on the photos and you should be able to see the difference - 6 slots vs 10 slots.

The difference is that the MRX5-110 uses a "industry standard" modular system whereas the MRX5-120 uses the Magpul M-Lok attachment system. If you are looking for the M-Lok rail is it MRX5-120.
