A front sight tool will be needed to adjust the Knight's Armament Top Mounted Deployable Iron Sight.

Will the kac micro rear sight work with the kac m4 front sight?

Yes, the KAC Micro sight is still a standard height sight, it has a "micro" profile as in how thin it is.

Yes, this is an iron sight for an AR rifle. It is not actually made of iron, but instead made of steel. They are just called iron sights.
