Yes, as long as it is a threaded upper and not an M5E1 (enhanced upper receiver) it should fit.

The front sight on Knights Armament handguard comes already attached to the handguard.

The front sight on Knights Armament handguards is integral and comes already attached to the handguard.

Will this fit on a 2010 SR-25 fir factory gas block? I like the look and was wanting to use it

It would depend on the length of your gas system. If you have a rifle length gas system, it should fit. Knight's Armament recommends that this SR-25 Free Float RAS be used with a rifle length gas system only due to potential interference issues if a gas block were to be run underneath the rail.

How long is this? Will it fit on an early KAC SR-25 match with 24in barrel. the gas block on the rile has a three slot rail on the top of the block

This rail is approximately 12 1/4" long including the barrel nut. It will fit on an early SR-25 rifle, however you would need a low profile gas block to fit under the rail.
