Yes, as long as it is a threaded upper and not an M5E1 (enhanced upper receiver) it should fit.

It would depend on the length of your gas system. If you have a rifle length gas system, it should fit. Knight's Armament recommends that this SR-25 Free Float RAS be used with a rifle length gas system only due to potential interference issues if a gas block were to be run underneath the rail.

This rail is approximately 12 1/4" long including the barrel nut. It will fit on an early SR-25 rifle, however you would need a low profile gas block to fit under the rail.
