Yes, there is no specific distance that this riflescope has to be zeroed at. It can vary from firearm to firearm and caliber to caliber.

The Konus KonusPro 3-10x44mm Reticle Rifle Scope is a second focal plane scope that features a heavy caliber recoil proof reticle, and even engraved (glass etched) reticle.

No, it does not. It comes with cleaning cloth and nice see through scope covers. Rings are sold separately.
