what size flip up cap would i use? i got 44mm, what size is the eyepiece?

The manufacturer does not provide the outside diameter of the objective lens and housing. The Butler Creek Flip-Open Scope Covers, Riflescope Covers at the link below will work. To determine the proper size you need use the sizing guide on the left side of the product page.

Which mounting rings would need for mounting the Konus 6-24x44mm on a Marlin model 60?

The Marlin Model 60 uses a 3/8 dovetail rail system. So to mount the Konus KonusPro 6-24x44mm Rifle Scope You would need 3/8 compatible rings that fit 1" tube riflescopes. Due to the 44mm objective lens of this scope, I would recommend medium height rings. You can find the rings I recommend using the following link:

What is the warranty for this scope?

All Konus riflescopes, pistol scopes, and electronic dot sights carry a Lifetime Replacement warranty. The consumer would work directly with Konus, the manufacturer, to resolve any defects, service, and warranty requests.

10x thats why the color is diffrent found it in the konus manual for the M30 the manual that come with this scope needs work
