Can you advise me on the ideal tripod for the Kowa 32 x 82 binoculars.

I put mine on an Oberwerk TR3. Very happy with the combination. You will need a tripod head as well. I have the Oberwerk 5000, which is fine. Might also consider a heavy duty Manfrotto head. This is a heavy setup, but appropriately so in my opinion. The TR3 is a perfect match for the Prominars.

Does it have a TriPod mount ?

It does come with a tripod mount. Accepts standard 1/4 x 20 stud (same size that screws into any SLR camera).
