No. Only DPMS pattern ARs (AR308, AR10, etc).

Most bolt actions use a single (center) feed magazine. These semi auto mags are double stack double feed (feeds off both side of the stack). the Rem700 will need an AI / AICS style magazine.
This won't work.
The only double feed bolt action model I have found is the Ruger American Ranch in AR-15 calibers.
Some 700 chassis systems might allow a double stack single feed mag, but those mags are uncommon and expensive.
