I don’t get it, you state wolfman compatibility but it should work with 30 cal suppressors that support 556 like the Sandman S?

This mount is 5.56 specific with a 1/2x28 thread. If you want the 30 cal version with the 5/8x24 thread pattern you would need to buy the DGN300B-WM. There is also the 9mm version in 1/2x28 and 13.5x1LH for the Sig MPX.

do I need to use a stainless washer the comes in the bag for the barrel thread, and should I use the same for both the OEM MPX barrel and 1/2-28?

If you are referring to the timing shims then yes you will want to use them so that you can properly time the muzzle brake. You will want the ports on the top to be at the 12 o'clock position.

What is the over all length of this device? What other blast shields fit this?

The LANTAC Dragon Dead Air KEYMO Wolfman Muzzle Brake is 2.367" in overall length and is compatible with KEYMO compatible suppressors such as the Dead Air Wolfman KEYMO silencer.

Is this specific for the wolfman or will it work with the keymo mount on any suppressor?

It will work with Keymo mount of any suppressor, but it was designed with the Wolfman in mind due to its shorter profile.
