Is this trigger compatible with the Sig MCX?

The LANTAC E-CT1 Single Stage 3.5lb Trigger is not compatible with the Sig MCX. The MCX uses a proprietary trigger and will not be compatible with AR15 pattern triggers. I would recommend the Geissele Super MCX SSA Trigger or the Triggertech SIG Sauer Adaptable Trigger. Both options can be found linked below:

Do I need to install a hammer with this trigger or is the hammer built into the trigger?

The LANTAC E-CT1 Single Stage 3.5lb Curved Trigger is a drop in trigger kit. It includes the hammer and all necessary components to drop in and go. It also comes with a pin set included with the trigger assembly.
