Will this work on the VP9sk model?

This will only fit the full size VP9. If you are looking for a compact laser for the VP9SK, I would recommend the Crimson Trace Laserguard. Links to the red and green variants are below.

Will it work with a p2000?

This will not fit the P2000, only the VP9. For something that will fit the P2000, I would recommend the Streamlight TLR-8.
