Will this laser sight fit the SIg Sauer P-365 XL

No, the P365 requires a laser/light that is meant specifically for the P365 rail.

Is this Lasermax Unimax red laser waterproof or at least rain proof?

There are no specs for water resistance because the unit is not entirely sealed all the way around the battery compartment like other units. Under heavy rain fall or when submersed, this can cause issues.

What is the overall length of the laser?

It is approximately 2.25" and requires at least 1.75" of rail space to mount too.
