If plates are not yet a factor, below are some general recommendations for sizing.
LBT-6094A (Medium): Up to 5'11" and 200lbs, accepts 10x12 ESAPI or Shooters Cut plates
LBT-6094B (Large): 6' and up and 200-230lbs, accepts 10 1/8 x 13 1/4 ESAPI or Shooters Cut plates

Why would someone pay $500 for this when it's way cheaper everywhere else? Or the lbx 300 which is like $150

Well one reason I did is because it is offered as a woodland pattern, I ordered the LBX and they sent me a multicam, I sent it back saying I ordered a woodland and they told me they were out of stock, so I got a refund. If this comes in as something other than a woodland then I will ask for a refund as well
