No, the Leapers UTG AR15 Oversized Bolt Catch is not compatible with the DPMS or AR10 platform.

Does anyone know If the UTG Oversized Bolt Catch will fit on a polmyer 80 ar 15 frame

Yes. The Leapers UTG AR15 Oversized Bolt Catch is designed to fit any AR15 platform rifle/pistol including P80 lowers as they accept standard AR15 components.
