The Leapers UTG Law Enforcement Horizontal Shoulder Holster is designed to fit most compact to full size pistols. The P365 is too small for this holster to be a viable option. I would recommend the DeSantis New York Undercover Rig Shoulder Leather Holster for the P365, found by using the link below:

If you have an optic equipped to your Glock 19, then this holster would not be compatible as it was not designed to fit handguns with optics.

Before I purchase this holster, it says it fits most handguns, I need to know if it fits a S&W M&P .40 cal. Also, can i disconnect mag pouch?

Yes, this should fit a S&W M&P .40. The mag pouch can be disconnected, however it does not disconnect from the backing so you would be taking off the whole side, resulting in the shoulder holster not being secure.
