Will this fit an HK MP5 22LR?

The Leapers UTG MP5 Steel Claw Mount w/ STANAG to Picatinny Adaptor should fit as it is designed for H&K firearms and other compatible variants with standard receiver dimensions. I would still recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

Will this fit an original HK 94 manufactured in the 1980’s?

Yes, as long as it has the mounting lugs on the sides of the top of the receiver it should work for you.
