Will this fit on the Umarex Gauntlet without having to modify the gun? Thanks

This will fit the Umarex Gauntlet as long as it either has a sling swivel stud on the front of the forend or a picatinny rail on the bottom of the forend. This bipod requires either a sling swivel stud or a picatinny rail. If you Gauntlet does not have either then no you cannot mount this bipod.

WILL THIS A 10/22 AND HI-POINT CARBINE

This may fit a 10/22 and should fit a Hi-Point Carbine. This bipod requires either a sling swivel stud or a picatinny rail to attach too, so both your 10/22 and Hi-Point Carbine need to have one or the other to allow for this bipod to mount to them.
