Flip up she piece cover replacement? How do I measure it? Lens or overall thickness of the piece.

You would need to measure the outside diameter of the eypiece. Leapers lists it as 41mm so the flip cover linked below should fit:

Will this hold up on a 7mm and where is the glass from

Yes, it should hold up to 7mm magnum and similar. The glass (and the scope itself) are made in China.

how many mills adjustment for windage and elevation does this have?

The turrets are in MOA, Leapers was unable to provide information regarding the total adjustment at this time.

I've seen this on a few long action bolt rifles, but how does it hold up to a real caliber like a 30-06?

The rifle scope should have no issues holding up to the recoil of a 30-06. If there are any issues Leapers has great warranty services.
